Very few human eyes have seen Level 9223372036854775807. Level 9223372036854775807 is also known as "Level Nothing," "The End,", "The Final Level", and "Level ███████████".

Despite possessing no known tangible threats, Level 6 is regarded as being one of the most dangerous levels in the Backrooms because of its sheer darkness. A significant portion of the Wanderers that enter this level permanently lose themselves or go missing.

Level 9223372036854775807 is an infinite stone staircase with openings where a white void can be seen. It is currently undetermined in size. Nobody has been able to reach the top, so it leads many to believe that it's infinite.

Level Fun+ is an open Party Area with many plastic Tables and chairs present throughout the level. Unlike Level Fun, this level has different colored walls, tons of areas, and more open ones. The floor is covered by a carpet made for little kids, and there are 4 sectors that you must go to in order to escape.

The End level is a relatively small 90s library with a sign saying "THE END" on the ceiling. In the center it has a table with an old computer monitor that you should activate to display the amount of VHS tapes left to collect.

This limited timeframe is a deliberate design of the level, allowing individuals to embrace the essence of personal growth and authenticity without becoming entrapped within its tranquil confines.

Entity 3, known as The Smiler is by far the most terrifying entity in Inside The Backrooms. Not only do these creatures have a sinister look, but the way they appear and lurk around every corner makes their presence that much more terrifying.

Albeit not lethal, wanderers who are affected by the Level 100 Illness should consider exiting the level whenever possible, to prevent any further potential harm to themselves.

Beyond Level -999 is another series of levels named Cluster -II, which includes Level -1000. However, Level -1000 is the only level of Cluster -II that a person can access without facing repercussions.

Description: Level 974 appears to be a moderately sized home with pink theming throughout the interior. There appears to be no physical door leading to an outdoor area and windows within the level simply reveal artwork depicting what one would typically see outdoors, except with a notably "cute" theming to it.
