2 IVE SOLDIERS HURT AS AUTO CRASHES POLE Three in Westover Hospital With Serious Injuries Car Crossed Railroad Tracks Chicopee May 24 Three soldiers from Westover Air orce Base were seriously injured and two others slightly hurt early today when the rar In which they were riding climbed the railroad embankment 150 feet north of the Church Manufacturing Co crossed three sets of tracks and crashed against a concrete signal post Seriously injured and held in the base hospital are Donald 1 Jackson of Canadian Tex James A Leary 21 of Charlotte and Eugene Johnson of Navaseta Tex Released from the hospital after treatment were Stevens 20 and George Bicliardson 23 Chicopee police took the men to the base hospital following the crash but had not as yet determined the driver of the vehicle
