We’re looking for a Head of B2B Account Management. This is a great opportunity for an ambitious and driven candidate to join a fast-growing business, delivering great products across international markets and the US.
The Head of B2B Account Management will play a pivotal role in managing and nurturing key client relationships within our B2B segment, focusing on clients in the online gaming and casino industry. This role demands a seasoned professional with a proven track record in B2B account management, particularly in the realm of SaaS platforms. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional communication skills, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of the online gaming and casino landscape.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key B2B clients, fostering strong relationships and acting as a trusted advisor.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with commercial teams, product development, and operations teams to ensure alignment and deliver exceptional service to clients, that ensures revenue growth.
- Understand client needs and industry trends to identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and product enhancements.
- Maintain and execute effective planning to maximize client retention and satisfaction
- Proactively address client concerns and challenges, providing timely solutions and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze key account metrics and performance indicators to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Establish and lead a team of account managers, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to ensure their success and professional growth.
- Establish clear performance expectations and goals for the account management team, regularly reviewing their performance and providing feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on market developments, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting the online gaming and casino industry.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Significant experience in B2B account management, preferably within online gaming
- Proven track record of successfully managing and growing client accounts, particularly in the online gaming and casino sector.
- Deep understanding of SaaS platforms and their applications in the B2B context.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to translate data into actionable insights.
- Proficiency in technology concepts and terminology, with the ability to effectively communicate with technical teams and understand client needs in a tech-driven environment.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively prioritize competing demands.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, with experience leading and mentoring a team of account managers.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards relevant to the online gaming and casino industry is a plus.
