Some New Jersey litigators will need to adjust their methods in light ofGov. Phil Murphy’s decision to sign a measure modifying the state’s Open Public Records Act.

Attorneys greeted Murphy’s decision to sign the measure into law withsurprise and derision, especially since many litigators have come to rely on OPRA as an easy way to obtain all sorts of information from state and local governments.
