Adalberto Carrasquilla, a 25-year-old experienced midfielder. The Panamanian has been very consistent for his national team since his debut in 2018, making 53 appearances, 43 of them as a starter. He plays for Dynamo in the United States and this season in Major League Soccer he has 3 assists, in addition to being an undisputed starter with 100% of minutes played.

Bobby Decordova-Reid, a 31-year-old experienced attacking midfielder. The Jamaican has been a key player for his national team since his debut in 2019, making 34 appearances, 28 of them as a starter. He plays for Fulham in England and this Premier League season he has five goals and two assists. His tackling and dribbling make him a danger for Panama.
