I scoured the blogosphere for the most amazing recipes involving the wonderful beetroot (1 withbeet greenseven). All the recipes come in pretty shades from pink to red and even purple.

I divided the recipes up into categories of dinner, salads, snacks/appetizers, beverages and desserts. Enjoy these pictures and recipes. Give the crazy talented bloggers a visit who graciously allowed me to share their pictures. Yum!

Some of the recipes call for already cooked beet. I've found that steaming beets in the Instant Pot is the fastest way to prepare them.
